01Acceptance of Terms
By inviting and using this bot (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bot and must remove it from your server immediately.
02Description of Service
The Bot provides order management and commission tracking tools for Discord servers. These tools include but are not limited to:
- Service catalog display and order intake forms
- Creation of private threads for buyer-seller communication
- Public forum posts with status tags for order visibility
- Milestone tracking and revision requests
- Queue and slot management
- Automated transcript generation for completed orders
The Bot does not process, hold, or transfer any financial payments. All payment transactions are handled externally between the buyer and the seller. The Bot is an organizational and communication tool only.
03User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 13, you are prohibited from using the Bot. Users in jurisdictions with higher age requirements must comply with their local laws.
04User Obligations
When using the Bot, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all order forms and communications
- Use the Bot only for lawful purposes
- Respect the privacy of other users
- Not use the Bot to harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
- Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
- Not use the Bot to transmit malicious content, viruses, or any harmful material
The server owner is responsible for managing access to the Bot within their server and ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.
05Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Bot's performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Bot may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions. You use the Bot at your own risk.
06Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of the Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Bot. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, transaction disputes, or any damages resulting from payment handling failures, as payment processing is managed externally by the parties involved.
07Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
08Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Users may also remove the Bot from their server at any time. Upon termination, the Bot will cease operations in your server, but previously stored data may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
09Changes to These Terms
The developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
